Our Wedding

Like many modern love stories, ours technically started on a dating app, but that’s not the version we like to tell. Why? Because Madison never responded to Tony’s text. A month later, our paths crossed again: this time in real life. We ran into each other at a bar, completely out of the blue. It felt too perfectly timed to be random. We know now that it was God gently stepping in and bringing us together in His perfect way. The next day, Tony put two and two together: Wait… that was the girl from the app. He took a leap of faith and asked Madison out and that message led to our last first date. From that point on, everything changed. We bonded over sunny beach days, spontaneous adventures, and steak dinners. But more than anything, we found something real; a relationship full of laughter, depth, faith, and the kind of playful joy that makes life feel lighter. Since then, we’ve grown, through joyful seasons and stretching ones, always coming back to each other with curiosity, grace, and a desire to grow together in our relationship with each other and our relationship with God. Faith is the foundation of everything we do, and one of the greatest blessings in our story has been walking through it spiritually side by side. Then came the proposal: While vacationing in St. Kitts, our hotel concierge, Kenya, delivered a note to our room letting us know she had arranged a complimentary champagne toast on the beach before our sunset sail (a thank-you for our Hyatt loyalty). When we arrived, the setup was stunning. Then Tony pulled out a stack of cards from We’re Not Really Strangers, a game we started playing on our second date and continued throughout our relationship. Sitting right on top was a card with four handwritten words: Will you marry me? because of course, he wasted no time. That’s when he got down on one knee and proposed. It was personal, heartfelt, and one of the easiest “yeses” we’ve ever said. Now, we’re stepping into forever with excitement and deep gratitude. Our wedding isn’t just a celebration; it’s a covenant. And we can’t wait to begin that journey with the people who’ve cheered us on along the way.

My older sister and constant protector. Makenzie has always looked out for me in her own loyal, no-nonsense way. I’ve always known that if I needed her, she’d be there: no questions asked.

Some of my favorite memories are our late-night McDonald’s runs for ice cream, music turned up, windows down, singing like we had nowhere else to be. Those moments will always mean so much to me.

I’m really grateful she’s standing beside me on such an important day. There’s something special about having your big sister next to you!

My cousin and lifelong dance floor partner. From childhood to now, Kellie has always made everything more fun, whether we were putting on performances or dancing at every family wedding. She’s one of the most inclusive, joyful people I know, and I’ve always felt blessed to grow up so close to her. I can’t wait to keep the tradition going with her by my side (and on the dance floor) on such a special day.

My cousin and someone I’ve shared so many childhood memories with. We played endless rounds of pretend jobs, and we both (separately!) decided cutting our own hair was a good idea….it wasn’t. Megan is grounded, loyal, and full of heart, and I’ve always felt blessed to call her family. I’m so happy she’ll be there to celebrate with me!

Darcie has been my best friend since high school and always the kind of friend who just gets me. She’s loud, hilarious, full of heart, and somehow manages to match (or outdo) my energy every time. From high school hangouts to grown-up catch-ups, she’s been my go-to for laughter, honesty, and unforgettable memories. She accepts me exactly as I am, and life is just more fun with her around. I wouldn’t want to walk through this day without her by my side.

Lauren is one of the greatest gifts to come out of my last job, which we survived together. She’s such a light in this world and has a way of making everyone around her feel warm, seen, and genuinely loved. We’ve been walking through similar seasons of life, and it’s been such a joy to grow our friendship through it all. I’m so thankful for her and feel so blessed to have her pumping me up on our wedding day!

Natalie is my almost sister-in-law, and from the very beginning, she’s welcomed me with open arms. She’s full of joy, endlessly kind, and has made me feel like family from day one. She just got married last July, and it’s been so fun to share in all the excitement and planning together. I feel so blessed to be gaining her as family and even more blessed to have her by my side on this day!

Tony chose his older brother, Allan, as his best man because of the example he’s set in his marriage. When Tony looks at the life Allan has built with his wife, he sees a relationship rooted in faith, with Jesus at the center, but also filled with genuine joy and fun. They truly enjoy each other, and that’s something Tony deeply admires and hopes to reflect in our own marriage.

Allan has always been someone Tony looks up to, and it means so much that he’ll be standing beside him on this day.

Tyler has been Tony’s best friend since they were kids. From growing up together to bonding over their shared love of guns, off-roading, and being outdoors, their friendship has always come naturally.

Even now, they still talk weekly, a steady rhythm that shows just how important their friendship is to both of them. We’re so grateful Tyler will be standing beside Tony on such a meaningful day!

Tony met Chris at Bible study, and their friendship has been rooted in faith from the beginning. Chris is a genuinely good dude, someone who shows up, lives out his values, and has been a strong presence in Tony’s life here in California.
It means a lot that he’ll be standing with Tony on such an important day.

Luke is Madison’s younger brother, and over the last few years Tony has had the privilege of watching him grow into a man with a gentle spirit and a kind heart. They’ve built their own bond, especially through golfing together whenever they get the chance. We are so proud of his hard work and determination as he attends Texas State University!

For Madison, who helped raise Luke from the very beginning, it is incredibly special to see her little brother standing beside Tony on our wedding day. Having him there means more than words can say.

Jake is Madison’s youngest brother, and Tony has loved getting to watch him grow over the last few years. He’s currently at ASU pursuing a business degree and stepping confidently into this next season of his life.

Jake and Madison share similar personalities and have always been close. Having him stand beside Tony on our wedding day means the world to us!

Thursday, July 23

Doheny State Beach – Bonfire Area #725300 Dana Point Harbor Drive, Dana Point, CA 92629 We're so excited to kick off the wedding weekend with everyone who RSVP'd to join us for our beach bonfire! Join us for a relaxed evening by the beach as we catch up with family and friends before the big day. We'll have pizza, s'mores, sodas, and bottled water ready for you. Details:- We will be at Bonfire Area #7 (see the map below).- Parking is $15 per vehicle at Doheny State Beach.- Attire: Beach Casual- Evenings can get cool by the water, so we recommend bringing a sweatshirt or light jacket.- If you're local and have one, feel free to bring a beach chair or towel, as seating around the bonfire will be limited. We can't wait to celebrate with you and start an unforgettable wedding weekend!

We can't wait to spend the evening mingling with family and friends before the big day. Join us for light bites, drinks, and great company as we kick off the festivities together. Details:- We'll be serving light bites, along with a hosted selection of beer, wine, and cocktails.- Our hosted reception concludes at 8:30 PM, but guests are welcome to stay and continue the evening until 11:30 PM. The bar will transition to a cash bar after 8:30 PM.- Parking is available in the restaurant lot, with additional public parking nearby. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to find parking if needed.- Attire: Coastal Cocktail We can't wait to celebrate with you before saying "I do" the following day!

As we stand before God, our family, and our friends, we will celebrate the beginning of our marriage during a Catholic Nuptial Mass. We are so grateful you'll be with us to worship, pray, and witness this sacred moment as we exchange our vows and become husband and wife. Details:- Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early, as our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM.- Our ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask that you silence your phones and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographers will be there to capture every special moment.- Parking is available at the church. Thank you for being part of this incredibly meaningful moment in our lives. We can't wait to celebrate with you afterward at the reception.

Details:- Cocktail hour begins at 4:00 PM, immediately following the ceremony.- The reception will conclude at 10:00 PM.- Parking is available at Serra Plaza; however, overnight parking is not permitted.- Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area for those who prefer not to drive.
